How are payments processed for Wireframeit?

Payments are securely processed through Stripe, which handles all billing details. We do not store any billing information. Your checkout and payment process are fully managed by Stripe for your security.

Why do I see two subscriptions in my Stripe portal?

To manage our pay-per-export pricing model, we created a secondary internal subscription. This is used to handle any extra exports beyond your plan’s limits. You will only be charged for this secondary subscription if you exceed your allocated export credits, so it won’t impact your billing unless necessary.

Will I be charged if my export fails or is canceled?

You will not be charged if an export fails or is canceled before it’s processed in our system. If you cancel an export after it’s processed, it will count toward your export limit. A successful export is required for the charge to apply.

How can I monitor my export usage?

You can track your monthly export usage in the Wireframeit dashboard. While we don’t currently offer a way to set export limits, we’re working on this feature and plan to roll it out soon to help you stay within your usage limits.
